Client Work & Usage Rights

Some photographs displayed on this website may have been created for restaurants, hotels, brands, agencies or other commercial clients.

A client relationship or previous commission does not automatically mean that the images displayed on this website may be reused for purposes outside the rights granted under the relevant project agreement.

Image usage rights, licensing, exclusivity and permitted applications are determined by the applicable quotation, agreement, licence or contract for each individual project.

If you are a previous client and would like to reuse an image for a new campaign, platform, publication, advertisement or other purpose that was not covered by the original agreement, please contact me before using the image.

Social Media Sharing

You may share a link to this website or to an original post published by my official social media accounts.

However, downloading an image from this website or from my social media accounts and re-uploading it as your own content is not permitted without appropriate permission.

Where an image has been licensed for social media use, the terms of that licence will apply.

Knowingly infringing or abetting infringement may also attract criminal consequences under applicable provisions of Indian copyright law.
